1. Definitions

Company: "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Pixelwand Studio Private Limited.
Service: "Service" refers to the Pixelwand CRM software and website.
User: "User", "you" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Service.

2. Account Terms

Human Use: You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
Registration Info: You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payment and Refunds

Subscription: The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable.
No Refunds: There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation: You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Settings link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Data Deletion: All of your Content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all this content will be permanently deleted from all backups and logs. This information cannot be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.

5. Copyright and Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be shared publicly, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content.

The look and feel of the Service is copyright © 2026 Pixelwand Studio Private Limited. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Visual Design elements or concepts without express written permission from the Company.

6. General Conditions

Risk: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Support: Support for Pixelwand services is only available in English, via email at contact@pixelwand.live.
Vendors: You understand that the Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
Prohibitions: You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, the Company, or any other Company service.

7. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

Service Usage: The use or the inability to use the service;
Procurement Costs: The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;
Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Third Party Conduct: Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
Other Matters: Any other matter relating to the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
