If you choose to connect Pixelwand CRM to Slack:

  • Slack data is used only to deliver notifications or actions initiated by you (e.g., "Deal Won" alerts).
  • We do not read, store, or analyze your private Slack messages or conversational history.
  • We interact with Slack solely via official APIs using secure, scoped OAuth tokens.

7. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including adherence to the principle of least privilege.
