How to Request Deletion

To ensure the security of your account and verify the authenticity of the request, we currently process data deletion requests via email.

Subject Line: Please use "Data Deletion Request" as your subject line.

Processing Time: We aim to process and confirm deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Retention & Backup

Upon processing your request:

• Your active account data will be immediately removed from our production systems.
• Data may persist in our secure backups for up to 30 days. This is to ensure we can recover from catastrophic system failures.
• After this retention period, your data will be permanently overwritten and non-recoverable.
